Vacations are the cleanest days of our lives. You take a shower in the morning. You take a shower after sex. You take a shower after the day of swimming in the sea/pool/lake.
Maybe even more showers – if there is more sex

Full Case History
Apr 2010: went off BC pill
Apr-Sep 2010: no menses, and no positive pregnancy tests
Sep-Dec 2010: attempts to make my body work through provera drugs; body reacts to provera but goes on into non-ovulation state; referred to fertility clinic
Mar 2011: diagnosis PCOS, DH is in perfect shape
Apr 2011: first cycle under treatment: Femara brought 1 good-sized egg, ovulation was stimulated, BFN
May 2011: second cycle under treatment. Again, Femara brought 1 good-sized egg, ovulation was stimulated, was put on progesterone right after stimulation. BFP!
